Apex Studios in LA offers a variety of photography studio spaces for rent. Here is an overview of some of the studio spaces available for photgraphy and video production in Los Angeles.

Studio A

A highly popular studio for E-Commerce, lifestyle, fashion, look books, and a variety of video productions; Studio A offers a daily painted white cyclorama, as well as a downtown view through the floor to ceiling 10ft tall windows which in turn allow for a consistent amount on natural light throughout the day. Whether you are using strobes or natural light, Studio A is a great option with a cozy loft feel. Accessible directly via the passenger elevator.

1300 sq/ft private studio. If our studios were in a popularity contest, Studio A would unanimously win due to it’s incredible sunset skyline city views, Central Air Conditioning, west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, high gloss concrete floors, freshly painted white hard-wall cyclorama, and 12-foot ceilings.

Studio B

Providing simplicity and affordability Studio B is another popular space for eCommerce, fashion, and other creative ventures. The blackout capabilities and white cyclorama along with the ceiling-mounted grid give tons of flexibility at an affordable rate. Capture anything you need in a minimalist fashion in Studio B. A perfect option for those who are currently trying to find the best Los Angeles photography studio rental services at affordable hourly rates. Please note, there is a $25 repainting fee for shoots that are under 8 hours if you are needing use of the white cyclorama.

Studio D

Studio D offers abundant natural light from the moment the sun rises over the horizon, throughout the entire day. As trends shift to more natural photography for E-Commerce and Lifestyle so does the demand for a space that has plenty of even natural light. Studio D offers space that can be used for photoshoots as well as video productions due to the easy access through the freight elevator for load-in/load-out of larger gear, as well as the similar New York urban views through the East facing windows.

Seeker of natural light? A morning person? Need only 2-hours in an Air Conditioned, east-facing studio with floor-to-ceiling windows and urban East LA views, high gloss concrete floors, make-up/mirror prep station, and 12 foot ceilings? Look no further. Book Studio D.

Studio E

As one of our largest studios, Studio E offers ample space for big productions in Los Angeles with multiple set-up areas, tons of natural light, both concrete and wood floors, a white cyclorama and downtown views. Perfect as a homebase for fittings, large photoshoots, video productions, workshops and events. Please note, there is a $25 repainting fee for shoots that are under 8 hours if you are needing use of the white cyclorama.

3000 sq/ft private studio. E stands for Everything you ever wanted, a premium large studio for big productions in need of west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible sunset skyline city views, high gloss concrete floors, wood floors, and 12 foot ceilings.

Studio F

A perfect choice for medium and larger productions looking for a clean minimalistic studio with great natural light. Studio F is easily accessible via the freight elevator, and private since it only shares the 7th floor with one other studio, Studio E .
2100 sq/ft private studio. Similar to Studio D, Studio F offers more space, a wooden floor section with the same amazing east-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible sunrise light, high gloss concrete floors, an 8ft moveable wall, and 12 foot ceilings.

Rooftop A

Rooftop A has an amazing panoramic 360-degree view of LA from the only high rise on the Downtown Santee Alley. At 7500 square feet, Rooftop A is the perfect location for golden hour photoshoots, videos, and rooftop events. Studios inside are available as a separate rental to be used in conjunction with the Rooftop as an interior space where you can do hair and makeup. Available power. Rooftop access is through a set of stairs.

Rooftop B

Our second Rooftop is only blocks away from our main studios: A,B,C,D,E and F. Offering a unique view towards North-East downtown. This Roof is located above our Penthouse Loft. 7000 square foot rooftop with 180 degree unobstructed views of downtown and beyond from another of our high rise loft buildings just blocks from our main studios.
