Atlanta Metro Studios

Atlanta Metro Studios is a purpose-built sound stage complex on Studio Way in Union City, about 10 minutes south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It has 135,000 square feet of sound stages across six stages, 50,000 square feet of production offices, 60,000 square feet of mill space and full production support. Its Mega Stage opens Stages 1 through 4 into one 80,000-square-foot space, which the studio calls the largest purpose-built sound stage in North America. Productions shown on its past productions page include Red Notice, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Thunder Force, Ghosted, Watchmen and Agatha All Along.

Sound stages

• Stages 1-4: 20,000 square feet each, 40-foot clear height, 3,200 amps of three-phase power.
• Mega Stage: Stages 1-4 combine into 40,000, 60,000 or 80,000 square feet with up to 12,800 amps.
• Stages 5-6: 27,500 square feet each with the same height and power.
• Super Stage: Stages 5 and 6 combine into 55,000 square feet, billed as the second-largest purpose-built stage in North America.

Offices, mill and flex space

• 50,000 square feet of production offices in eight production and executive suites, with conference rooms and kitchenettes, plus a full-service mailroom.
• A 60,000-square-foot mill with 28-foot clear height, nine drive-in and nine dock-high loading doors.
• Four flex spaces totaling 16,384 square feet, some with washer and dryer hookups.

On the lot

• More than 4 acres of exterior shooting space and three dedicated base camp areas.
• 600+ asphalt parking spaces plus 300 overflow spaces.
• 24/7/365 security and on-site vendors for lighting and grip, heavy equipment, telecom, lumber, expendables, waste and ice.
