About the studio

Long Island City daylight photo studios with cycs, an 11,000 sq ft roof and gear rental

Attic Studios is a full-service rental studio complex and production facility on 44th Road in Long Island City, Queens, about five minutes from Midtown Manhattan. Founded in 2010 by industry veterans Peter P. Clark and Matthew Hawkes, it occupies a former printing facility where nearly 20,000 square feet of lofted space has been turned into daylight studios for photo and video shoots. Work shot at Attic and shown on its site includes campaigns for Calvin Klein, Zara and Marc Jacobs Eyewear and editorials for Vogue, ELLE, InStyle and The Cut.
