Studios and sets

  • Cape Cod House: an 1880s wooden barn converted into a daylight studio, with 20 skylights, its original wood floor, large sliding double doors, and eight French doors opening onto a skylit white porch.
  • North Studio: north light, white wood floors, and contemporary furniture.
  • Beach House: two restored 1920s wooden beach cottages on sand with tropical palms, plus a clapboard beach shack with a clear roof and a large deck. White prop furniture is available to dress them.
  • The Shark Studio: 2,400 square feet with 14-foot ceilings, a 30 x 20-foot infinity cove, cement floors and walls, a model’s lounge, and a kitchen area.
  • Industrial Studio: almost 6,000 square feet with 14-foot ceilings, a 3,000-square-foot sunken area, cement floors, textured cement wall panels, and a raised loading dock.
  • Green House: a 20 x 20-foot English greenhouse set on wheels, 11 feet tall at the center, that can be moved to suit the light.
  • Greek Set: a hand-stuccoed Santorini-style facade that can be repainted in earth tones for a Santa Fe look.
  • The Courtyard: more than 20,000 square feet of open space with a three-sided set, a large staircase, rolling cabana sets, an outdoor cyc, and paintable graphic shapes.
