Mediapro US

Mediapro US is the North American production company of Spain’s GRUP MEDIAPRO, with a studio campus at 7331 NW 74th Street in Miami and a second hub in the New York area. Its Miami studio catalogue lists eleven stages, from a 384-square-foot studio to the 16,000-square-foot Studio A, plus a podcast studio with three sets. Mediapro US rents its studios to outside productions, with crew and technical services available, and its largest building is designed for television series, soap operas, shows and movies. According to Mediapro, its Miami studios have provided production services for ESPN, CNN, beIN Sports, HolaTV, Hemisphere Media Group and CONCACAF.

Mediapro Miami studios

• Studio A: 16,000 square feet (138′ x 116′ x 32′), suited to comedic and dramatic series, feature films, live audience events and music performances, with three-phase floor boxes and 150 tons of air conditioning.
• Studio B: about 10,700 square feet (90′ x 116′ x 32′), one of Mediapro’s most versatile studios, with the height for multi-level audience formats.
• Studios 1 to 7: stages from 1,350 to 6,448 square feet, most with 27-foot heights, dimmer-point lighting power, dressing rooms, hair and makeup rooms, green rooms and catering areas.
• Studio C and podcast studio: a 384-square-foot studio and three podcast sets.

Support and technical services

The Mediapro 3 building that houses Studios A and B covers more than 119,000 square feet, with 25 green rooms, three makeup rooms, two wardrobes, a carpentry workshop, 28,500 square feet of production offices, two control rooms and edit suites. Mediapro US also lists an LED wall and virtual production, post-production with Avid and Final Cut stations, Pro Tools audio and digital color, mobile units, and playout and distribution services.
