Edge Studio

Edge Studios & Grip is a photography and video studio and equipment rental house at 1388 South Longwood Avenue in Los Angeles, California. It rents three private studios, each with a cyclorama or cove, along with lighting, grip, and camera equipment on site.

Studios

• Studio One: an 18 x 24-foot cyclorama, a 1080p HD projector, and a roll-up door for load-in and daylight.
• Studio Two: a 20 x 20-foot corner cove and a roll-up door for load-in and daylight.
• Studio Three: a 20 x 20-foot cyclorama with a skylight for optional daylight, plus blackout and silk capability.

Included in every studio

A client lounge, a wardrobe room, makeup stations, a kitchenette, a private en-suite bathroom, 200-amp 3-phase power with courtesy outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, heating and air conditioning, private access, and free parking.

Equipment rental

Edge’s rental department carries Profoto and Broncolor strobes, constant lighting, grip, flags, frames, silks, nets, and muslins, grid cloth and Ultrabounce, digital green screen, cameras, lenses, digital capture gear, and production equipment.

Hours

Edge is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, with Sundays by appointment.
