Newly opened in 2024 Fallout Music Shelter in Astoria, NY, transforms a production warehouse into a versatile creative space. This haven caters to the needs of musicians, videographers, photographers and content creators, offering a blank canvas for:              music videos, commercials-product video/photoshoots, band rehearsals, live recordings and more.

Located in an industrial area in Astoria/ Woodside. Street level storage unit with 22' ceiling height, and two large garage doors (15'x15') The warehouse is a storage unit of a sound reinforcement company.  Usable space is about 600 sq ft, from the entrance of the main garage door till the exposed white brick wall in the back.
