Grove Studios Miami

Grove Studios operates as a private audiovisual production facility at 3001 SW 28th Lane in Miami’s Silver Bluff neighborhood. Producers, videographers, podcasters, photographers, and event teams use the space for commercial shoots, branded content, music videos, conferences, streaming, and photo sessions. The studio delivers a centralized setup that combines a large soundstage, dedicated podcast room, and functional shooting kitchen under one roof.

Versatile Production Spaces
The main soundstage provides a column-free, soundproof volume of 2,400 square feet measuring 60 by 40 by 18 feet. Two 30-by-30-foot cycloramas, one white, one chroma-key green, support clean keying and versatile backdrops. A full overhead lighting grid covers the entire area.

A separate podcast studio offers a sound-treated environment built for video podcasts and interviews. It includes a central desk, Shure SM7B microphones, and multiple Sony Alpha mirrorless cameras for multi-camera capture.

The shooting kitchen functions as a working set with modern finishes. It contains a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, ceiling extractor, refrigerator, portable island, and prep space. Food, lifestyle, and product shoots run efficiently here without leaving the facility.

The lobby and VIP lounge areas serve clients, cast, and crew for meetings, breaks, or production coordination. A makeup and wardrobe room sits adjacent to the main spaces.

Technical Infrastructure
A state-of-the-art, fully programmable lighting system anchors productions. The current setup uses Godox KNOWLED P600R RGB LED panels with wireless DMX control via iPad. Earlier configurations included 18 space lights at 2000W each. Grip equipment is available. The entire main volume stays climate-controlled with strong Wi-Fi throughout.

These tools allow precise control over tone and atmosphere. Teams achieve consistent results across still photography, video, green-screen work, and live streaming.

Location and Access
The studio sits minutes from Coconut Grove, Brickell, and Downtown Miami. Miami International Airport lies a short drive away, which simplifies travel for talent and out-of-town crews. US-1 and I-95 provide direct highway access. Private parking and a dedicated loading door support fast load-in and load-out.

Amenities and Support
Clients receive private parking, easy load-in, climate control, Wi-Fi, and two restrooms. Makeup, wardrobe, lounge, and production office areas are included. Optional add-ons cover basic grip, folding tables and chairs, craft services, catering coordination, and media management. Teams operate independently or with their own crews. The facility supports both self-produced projects and full-service productions.

Pasos de Gigante, LLC operates Grove Studios as an independent production facility. Alejandro and Margarita Pasos serve as principals of the LLC. The studio has supported creative projects in Miami for more than two decades. It functions separately from the Pasos al Éxito brand.

Booking Process
Teams request a quote with project details. Staff tailor packages to schedule and budget. Visitors can tour the lighting grid, cycloramas, kitchen, and podcast areas before committing. Once reserved, the studio prepares the space to specifications. After the shoot, clients wrap, review footage, and return for future productions. Office hours run 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Miami time.
