Houston Warehouse Studios

Houston Warehouse Studio focuses on providing a creative space for small businesses, innovators, and creators. Built in 1925 in the historic Near Northside neighborhood, our studio features an open space of 1,320 sqft. It has beautiful exposed brick, a large wooden sliding barn door, concrete floors, a black wall and a 70' x 13' flat white wall. There is a bathroom on-site, lots of furniture, and plenty of wall outlets for all of your lights and equipment. Also included is high speed wifi for live streaming with tested speeds of 35+ mbps for uploads and 350+ mbps for downloads.

Photo/Video shoots require a minimum of 2 hours booking. Our rates are for bookings with a limit of 5 people and lower in price as a reward system as you book more hours! When choosing the number of hours, be sure to account for arrival, set up, and tear down.

- 2 hours $50 per hour on weekdays  / $55 per hour on weekends
- 3+ hours $41 per hour on weekdays / $47 per hour on weekends
- 8+ hours $34 per hour on weekdays / $40 per hour on weekends

To increase the people limit to 10 people, there is a $10 fee per hour.

For large productions, workshops, or creative events, there is a flat fee of $75/hour plus a security deposit and/or cleaning fee. No events without prior owner permission.

PARKING: There is off-street parking only. Arrangements can be made for a parking lot at an additional cost.

There is a 10% discount to registered non-profit organizations.
