MOB HQ Dance Studio

Our 4,500 sq ft studio can easily accommodate large groups for many different projects. Whether you are looking for a large space for a dance rehearsal, video shoot, or any other type of production- our space is the perfect place to bring your vision to life. The possibilities are endless!

The studio boasts an incredible 2,650 sq ft sprung dance floor, full wall of mirrors, and bright overhead lighting. There are 3 large Bluetooth-enabled speakers surrounding the dance floor area. In the back of the studio, you will find a spacious lounge with a couch, TV, and vanity for hair and make-up.

The studio is located at street-level in San Fernando near the 5 and 118 freeways (about 13 minutes from North Hollywood). It is located within walking distance of CVS, Starbucks, Chipotle, and more. It is surrounded by many free public parking lots in the area.
