Honeypot is a 6,000 square foot multifunctional studio accommodating the film, photography and private events industry.

Our dynamic layout, vaulted ceilings, exposed bow trusses, brick walls, and expansive natural light all form a dramatic composition that is admired by cinematographers, photographers, directors and planners alike. Our layout consists of two interconnecting spaces on opposite sides of the building. While client lounge, storage, restrooms, kitchenette, and craft area, are at the core of the building.

A modern warehouse true to its natural industrial elements, which make for a dramatic backdrop, is available for the film, photography, and private events industry. An unparalleled playground offering expansiveness, versatility and inspiration for a multitude of creative uses. Conveniently located in the South Park District in Downtown Los Angeles, steps to L.A. Live, Staples Center and the Convention Center. With our space, we introduce industry-leading vendors and specialists to those looking to host their next film shoot, photoshoot, or private event!
